If you're expecting a impressive story about my accomplishments, heroism, and grand deeds, keep walking. I was just a scout lad, hired on for some much needed coin, to pay for things you don't really need to know about.
...But I suppose if you must have a story of greatness, I can provide. See, while I'm merely a humble....associate....of the kingdom, I have known greatness. Men and women who became legends even before they passed from this life. Powerful mages, warriors without equal, an archer who could shoot down a Scalwing a mile distant.
Where most people only knew them through whispers, bards stories, and depending on their fortune, business, I knew them through their day to day. And oh, the stories I could tell...

I don't know what for, I haven't thought to write this story yet, but I imagine I'll put it in my universe. Maybe to go with one of the many short stories, set between the two majors series.
